Metanoia Labs provides career-preparation tools: a free readiness assessment (the Career Map), learning modules organised in five pillars, and a progress tracker (The Compass). We are in early access: some parts are live, some are in development, and every product states which on its own page.
What we do not promise: Metanoia does not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, scholarships, or admission to any programme. We build your readiness; hiring decisions belong to employers. Anyone in this market who promises you a job is selling you something else.
You must be at least 17 to use Metanoia. Keep your credentials to yourself, tell us if your account is compromised, and give us information that is true. Student pricing requires verification of active student status.
Refund policy: 14 days, no questions asked. If a paid plan is not what you hoped, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we refund it in full.
Do not attack the platform, scrape other users’ data, resell access, impersonate others, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do, and we will say why.
What you write in Metanoia — assessment answers, CV drafts, notes — is yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it to run the service, and nothing more. Our curriculum, brand, and platform are ours; personal, non-commercial use only.
We provide the service with care but as-is; career outcomes depend on factors beyond any platform. To the extent Indonesian law permits, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may close your account any time (Settings → Privacy & Data). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes go first to good-faith discussion with us at hello@metanoialabs.net, then to the competent Indonesian courts.
